Cal Raleigh hit a game-tying homer in the sixth inning and Jorge Polanco drove in two runs.

George Springer hit a leadoff home run for the Blue Jays.

Toronto starter Kevin Gausman retired 15 batters in a row before giving up the solo shot to Raleigh.

Game 2 will be played Monday afternoon at Rogers Centre.

The best-of-seven series will shift to T-Mobile Park in Seattle for Game 3 on Wednesday.
