After a spectacular weekend, great weather will continue for this week. Temperatures will linger near 90 degrees with plenty of sunshine. This weather is due to high pressure continuing to dominate the weather across the region. Eventually a cold front does sweep across the region. First a weak front arrives on Thursday, bringing drier air with it. Then another front sweeps across the region on Saturday, bring rain showers and some thunderstorms with it. Drier weather takes over for Sunday and into the following week. We are also keeping an eye on the tropics and fortunately, there are no storm systems or disturbances threatening the United States.

Tonight, expect a clear sky and temperatures in the mid to upper 50s.
