Three men have been convicted for sexual misconduct against a 13-year-old.
Police say an investigation began after a Benton Tonwhsip drug raid that led to the rescue of a 13-year-old girl who had been sexually abused and given methamphetamine by the men.
Documents say 25-year-old Johnathon Barrett of Cassopolis was convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct and sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison.
55-year-old Craig Kirksey of Dowagiac was convicted and sentenced to a minimum of 17 years and 27-year-old James Tovey Jr. of Dowagiac was sentenced to 7 years.
