Centenary Park in Airdrie is continuing to flourish, with new wooden sculptures now adding even more character and charm to the much-loved community space. ‌

Local artist Gordon McLean has transformed tree trunks damaged by Storm Éowyn into striking works of art, including a majestic lion’s face that’s already caught the eye of visitors and passers-by. ‌

Several new carvings have since been added, each celebrating nature and creativity while giving new life to the park’s trees. ‌
