WAYLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — It's back.

On Tuesday, Hot 'n Now is officially returning to West Michigan as a new location prepares to open across the street from the Gun Lake Casino. The drive-thru burger joint at 1146 129th Ave. is set for a 10:30 a.m. grand opening.

Chad Larner hopes to be the first one in line.

Larner, who is on social media as chuckchatss and reviews fast food spots, had made a TikTok video about the independently-owned Hot 'n Now in Sturgis. In the comments, people told him about the new one coming to the Wayland area.

He decided to take the day off so he could go to the grand opening. He made a promise to his followers: If he could get a certain amount of new followers, he'd camp out in front of it in his truck the night before.
