ANN ARBOR — Aday Mara is the tallest player in Michigan basketball history, yet the trait his teammates and coaches often mention has very little to do with his height.
“Aday is an elite passer,” Michigan head coach Dusty May said. “One of the better passers in the mid-post I’ve ever played with,” said senior guard Roddy Gayle Jr. “Really gifted passer,” added junior guard Elliot Cadeau.
Mara, a 7-foot-3, 255-pound center from Spain, brings great size and skill to his first season at Michigan.
