The 1.7-acre estate on Oak Pass Road, once owned by actor Mark Wahlberg, is tucked inside one of the city’s most exclusive gated enclaves and offers the kind of privacy rarely found minutes from Rodeo Drive.

Wahlberg purchased the property in 2001 for $5 million, added extensive upgrades, and sold it 12 years later for nearly $10.3 million. The current owner, developer Don Rufus Hankey—son of auto-loan magnate Don Hankey—acquired the home in 2018 for $12.4 million and first listed it in 2022 for $28.5 million.
