Synopsis: The BRS has accused the ruling Congress of extensive electoral malpractice in the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency ahead of the 11 November by-election, with BRS Working President KT Rama Rao alleging the unlawful inclusion of outsiders and fake voters in the rolls, amounting to up to 19,000 dubious or duplicate entries. In a complaint to the Telangana Chief Electoral Officer on Monday, the party demanded a comprehensive investigation.
