UNCASVILLE, CT (WFSB) - The University of Connecticut men’s basketball team takes on an old rival Monday night during a Hall of Fame Exhibition at Mohegan Sun.

UConn and Boston College have a storied history that dates back more than a century.

The Huskies have a 55-35 record against the Eagles.

The teams have only met once since BC left the Big East Conference. That last meeting was a 72-70 win by UConn in Nov. 2013.

UConn returns nearly 60 percent of its scoring from last season.

Alex Karaban, Solo Ball, and Tarris Reed Jr., Jaylin Stewart, and Jayden Ross join transfers Silas Demary Jr. and Malachi Smith this season. They’ll play alongside 10 newcomers, including McDonald’s All-American freshmen Braylon Mullins and Eric Reibe.
