A tragic case has shaken North Georgia after the bodies of 19-year-old twin brothers, Qaadir and Naazir Lewis, were discovered at the summit of Bell Mountain in Towns County .

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has stated that early evidence points to a murder-suicide, but the family of the Lawrenceville teens firmly disputes that explanation.

The discovery was made on the morning of March 8 by a hiker on the remote mountaintop, nearly 90 miles from the brothers’ home.

The scene shocked their family, who believed the twins were in Boston that weekend visiting friends. According to relatives, Qaadir and Naazir had booked plane tickets for a 7 a.m. flight on the morning of March 8 but never boarded it.
