(WHTM) - The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has announced the recall of a frozen spinach product that was distributed nationwide.
Sno Pac Foods is recalling its Del Mar 35-pound Bulk Organic Frozen Spinach and Sno Pac 10-ounce Organic Frozen Cut Spinach because of possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination, according to the FDA.
No illnesses have been reported from Kentucky or the rest of the U.S. to the Caledonia, Minnesota-based company in connection with the recalled spinach, which was sold in retail stores nationwide.
The product distributed in the 35-pound boxes has lot codes 250107A, 250107B, 250107C, 250107D, 2501071 and 2501073, with an expiration date of Jan. 7, 2027.
The 10-ounce packages have lot codes SPM1.190.5 with "best by" date of July 9, 2027; SPC1.160.5 and SPC2.1
