SPRING ARBOR TWP., Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State Police troopers are receiving praise for freeing a deer that got stuck in a wrought iron fence in Jackson County last week.
Troopers from the MSP Jackson Post were called to a home on Spring Arbor Road in Spring Arbor Township last Friday, Oct. 10 after getting the report.
MSP officials shared video Monday showing troopers using a floor jack to free the deer, which ran away without injury.
It’s not clear how long the deer was trapped before the troopers showed up.
