BELEWETT PASS, Wash. - Travel through the summit of Blewett Pass is closed in both directions Monday morning.

Heavy snow, disabled semi-trucks and crashes are being reported in the area by the Washington State Department of Transportation.

At this time there is no estimate for how long the road will be closed.

Blewett Pass recently reopened after being closed in late September for ongoing firefighting efforts on the Labor Mountain Fire in central Washington.

Pilot cars are being used and speeds are reduced between mile markers 165 and 178, including on Upper Tronson Creek Road and Ingalls Creek Road.
