ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- An Altoona man was arrested after an argument between two exes resulted in him allegedly pulling a gun on a man.

James Purcell, 34, was arrested and charged with felony firearm charges and misdemeanor terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment after Altoona police were called to a residence on the 1100 block of 14th Avenue around 3:42 p.m. Oct. 12.

According to police, Purcell was able to leave the area before their arrival. After arriving, they determined that Purcell had originally come to the residence with a female friend to make contact with her ex-husband regarding a text argument they were having.
