A 29-year-old woman in Missouri has been arrested after she allegedly went to the home of her former lover and handed him a cooler containing a human fetus, telling him it contained his child.

Makayla Annette Haedt was taken into custody last week and charged with one count of felony first-degree harassment in connection with the incident, court records show. According to a probable cause affidavit, deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office at about 2:45 a.m. on Sept. 18 responded to a call regarding a "deceased fetus in a cooler" at a residence in the 18000 block of Laddie Lane in Waynesville.
