CALHOUN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Calhoun County Commissioner Jacob McCumbers submitted his letter of resignation last Thursday, October 9, according to Commission Attorney Kevin Harris.

His letter is on the agenda to be accepted tomorrow, Harris said.

McCumbers was arrested last month on 50 counts of sexual abuse.
