TUCUMCARI, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT) — The Tucumcari Police Department and the Quay County Sheriff's Office arrested four people after a narcotics operation on Oct. 9.

According to the Tucumcari Police Department, the police department and the Quay County Sheriff's Office conducted a search related to a narcotics operation and allegedly yielded over 1,600 pills, methamphetamine, and recovered a stolen firearm. Officials noted that four individuals were arrested and charged.

Tucumcari Police Department stated that additional details will be released when the investigation is completed.
