BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) - Mark Anthony Morrell was arrested Friday, October 10, 2025, after Bismarck Police responded to reports of a man acting erratically and staring at children playing outside Missouri Valley Montessori School along Turnpike Avenue.

Officers arrived and found Morrell seated in a pickup truck parked nearby, leaning to his right side. Using a North Dakota Department of Transportation photograph, officers confirmed his identity. From his position, Morrell was visible to passing motorists and pedestrians on the sidewalk, though not directly to individuals on school property.

As officers approached the vehicle, they observed Morrell actively masturbating while watching pornography. He was immediately removed from the vehicle and taken into custody.
