The eighth week of the high school football season is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17, for teams across El Paso. District play continues in all districts across El Paso.

The highlights of this week's games include Chapin vs. Canutillo , Clint vs. Ysleta and Eastwood vs. Pebble Hills.
