SEATTLE — The Mariners revealed the starting pitchers for the team's next two games of the American League Championship Series (ALCS) on Monday, and Bryan Woo is not among them.
George Kirby will take the mound in Wednesday's Game 3 at T-Mobile Park, and Luis Castillo will get the ball for Thursday's Game 4 in Seattle. The announcement came hours ahead of Game 2 , when Logan Gilbert will be on the mound.
Woo has not appeared for the Mariners since exiting a start in Houston against the Astros early on Sept. 19. The team says Woo has been dealing with a pectoral issue, and he was not on the roster for the Division Series.
