HAGERSTOWN, Md. (DC News Now) -- A Hagerstown woman has been reunited with her family after she was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement earlier this year.

Melissa Tran, a Vietnamese refugee in the U.S. on a green card, had been in ICE custody for five months, detained at U.S. government holding facilities in Louisiana, Arizona and Washington State.
