We've got a beautiful stretch of weather shaping up for us as we move through the work week. We'll see dry conditions prevail through Friday, and get this – temperatures are going to be running warmer than what's considered normal for this time of year. Many of you can expect highs to be in the mid-to-upper 70s, which is quite pleasant for October, coming in about 7 to 13 degrees above average! This milder pattern is thanks to a large area of high pressure building in and settling over the region for much of the week.

For now, it looks like plenty of dry weather and sunshine is on the way. However, change is on the horizon. As we head into Friday night and into the weekend, we're anticipating rain chances returning. This will be ahead of an approaching cold front that should push through
