Garnet Valley clinched the Central League girls volleyball title Monday night thanks to a 3-0 win over Haverford.

Janani Muniswamy led the 25-22, 25-12, 25-23 win with 39 assists. Abigail MacMillan paced the attack with 14 kills. Regan Hill added 12 kills with 12 digs. Cara Furchner led the defense with 11 digs, and Aubrey Devono paired seven kills with five digs.

Also in the Central League:

Strath Haven 3, Marple Newtown 1 >> Eliza Jauregui led the way with 24 kills and 13 digs in a 25-16, 25-15, 17-25, 25-13 victory.

Leah Cohen came up with 19 digs. Maddy Kane collected 12 digs with three aces. Charlotte Thase had 38 assists and 10 digs, and Cecilia Lindsay put away 14 kills to go with five blocks.
