Bagalkot: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said on Monday that he had received RDPR Minister Priyank Kharge’s letter seeking a ban on RSS activities on government land and that he had directed the chief secretary to examine the Tamil Nadu model on the issue.
“The Tamil Nadu government has banned RSS activities on government premises. I have asked the Chief Secretary to study if the procedure followed by the Stalin government can be implemented in the state. We will take a decision based on the CS report,” Siddaramaiah told reporters on the sidelines of an all-religion convention at Bandigani Mutt near Rabkavi-Banhatti.
