Dramatic scenes have unfolded in Melbourne as heavily armed tactical police swarmed the CBD to arrest a gunman who led them on an extended chase through peak-hour traffic. The man is accused of carjacking two vehicles before he set out on foot, waving a gun, as office workers and residents ran for cover.
