A woman was left injured in five vehicle smash on the M40. West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) has confirmed that it was among the emergency services response to the collision on the M40 southbound between junctions 13 and 12.
A WMAS spokesperson told Coventrylive that an ambulance and a paramedic officer were sent to the scene. When they arrived they found five vehicles had been involved in the collision.
One woman, who has not been identified, was injured. She was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
"On arrival, crews found five vehicles had been involved in a collision," the WMAS spokesperson said. "A woman was treated by ambulance staff for injuries not believed to be serious and conveyed to Warwick Hospital."
