A mixed-use development consisting of apartments and retail on the site of the former EMSA headquarters in Midtown is back on track with construction set to start in 2026 with the addition of a park and amphitheater.

The group doing the project — a partnership between Midtown Renaissance and Clay Farha — is seeking $2.5 million in tax increment financing for the $19.8 million development.
