CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A floor care company is permanently closing its Charlotte facility, impacting over 170 workers in the process, according to a WARN notice issued last week.

The company, TTI Floor Care North America, will conclude operations by June 1, 2026, at its building located along IBM Drive near Interstate 85 in northeast Charlotte.

What we know

Officials stated that all 172 employees working at the Charlotte facility will be impacted.

According to the WARN notice, some workers will be offered the opportunity to voluntarily continue employment at another company location in Anderson, South Carolina. However, other positions will be eliminated due to the transfer of operations.
