PORT HURON, MI – A 30-year-old Detroit man died after being shot at a gas station in Port Huron.
The Port Huron Police Department responded to the shooting at 4:31 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 13, according to a news release from the department.
Officers found the man suffering from gunshot wounds when they arrived on scene.
A 36-year-old Port Huron woman was taken into custody and lodged at the St. Clair County Intervention Center. She is cooperating with investigators, according to the release.
The shooting is under investigation by the Port Huron Police Department Major Crimes Unit.
