Marghoob Banihali Remembered at Literary Event

Srinagar- A galaxy of cultural and literary figures gathered at Tagore Hall, Srinagar, on Sunday to pay homage to the celebrated Kashmiri poet, thinker, and educationist, Prof. Marghoob Banihali, on the occasion of “Yaum-e-Marghoob.” The event was organised by the Marghoob Foundation under the patronage of Adabi Markaz Kamraz, J&K, and drew writers, poets, scholars, and cultural icons from across the Valley.

The programme began with a soulful recitation of Prof. Banihali’s poetry by young artist Hanzala Hussain Saqib and his team, followed by the rendition of the Adabi Markaz Kamraz anthem, composed by the poet himself.
