AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A new charter school officially opened its doors in Augusta on Tuesday morning.

Rocky Creek Charter Academy, located at 2417 Jennings Road, is a tuition-free public school of choice for Georgia families.

On Tuesday, the school’s “Ring the Bell” Ceremony marked the first day students attend class inside the new building.
