“The Voice” is preparing for battle — the Battle rounds, that is.

The singing competition's Season 28 coaches — Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé, Snoop Dog and Niall Horan— are bringing in superstars from the music world to help their teams as they head into the Battle rounds on the Oct. 13 and Oct. 14 episodes.

In the Battle rounds, contestants from the same team must first compete against each other by singing the same song before they're paired off to perform competitive duets.

In past seasons, the show's coaches have chosen both the songs to be performed and the duet duos. But in a twist this season, the coaches are choosing only the songs. Contestants themselves will choose their own duet partners.
