Four days of great weather and an attendance uptick helped the 2025 Arts, Beats & Eats festival generate the biggest charitable donation in its 28-year history.

Festival organizers announced Tuesday, Oct. 14, they are contributing $400,077 to southeastern Michigan organizations with money raised during this year’s Labor Day weekend event.

The funds will be distributed to nearly 80 groups across the region, including more than $150,000 earmarked for organizations in AB&E’s Royal Oak home base. Most of them contributed manpower to the event with concession staffing and other volunteer roles.
