OGDEN — An Ogden man is facing felony charges accusing him having sex with a 16-year-old boy.

Joshua Carroll, 27, was charged Monday in the 2nd District Court with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old; a third-degree felony.

On Aug. 4, the boy's father told police that he believed his 16-year-old son had been having sex with older men. He said he found a text message conversation from July 25 containing content that was sexual in nature between his son and Carroll, according to a police booking affidavit.
