MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) – The City of Menasha held its first-ever Project Front Porch on Wednesday, marking the beginning of what officials hope will become a new community tradition centered on care, connection, and collaboration.

With support from Mayor Hammond, alderpersons, and several community partners, the event brought together residents and volunteers to work side by side on neighborhood projects. Organizers say the initiative served as a statement that Menasha is “in this together, for the long haul.”

“Every porch, every block, every neighbor adds to the story of our city,” organizers said. “When the City of Menasha and its residents work hand in hand, challenges turn into opportunities.”
