MORGANTOWN, Ky. (WBKO) - A Morgantown man is behind bars after a search warrant was executed at a residence.

On Oct. 12, Kentucky State Police and the Butler County Sheriff’s Office went to a residence on Orange Cemetery Road in Morgantown to assist the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

When they arrived, law enforcement officials detected the odor of marijuana coming from a vehicle on the property and from the residence. The sheriff’s office obtained a search warrant for the residence.

After executing the warrant, law enforcement found suspected marijuana, THC, and synthetic THC products, and currency.

28-year-old Keeton Martin of Morgantown was arrested and charged with the following:

Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (8oz to <5lbs) 1st Offense

Tampering with Physical Evi
