MARTINSBURG — WVU Medicine has added two new administrators to its leadership team: Mark Wells, D.N.P., P.M.G.T.-B.C., F.N.P.-C., A.N.P.-B.C., has been appointed administrator of the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, effective in December, and Laura Quesenberry, M.B.A., will serve as administrator of the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute, effective this month.
