ANN ARBOR, MI — The University of Michigan will consider approving a $3.5 million investment in an Ann Arbor office building.
The UM Board of Regents will vote during its Thursday, Oct. 16 meeting on a development project to lease 1000 Victors Way near the Briarwood Mall, according to an action item .
The 52,682-square-foot space will be used to house several university departments in renovated office spaces for administrative services if approved.
The UM Shared Services Center currently operates in the Victors Way building.
MLive/The Ann Arbor News reached out to the building owner Bluebird Ann Arbor LLC, a subsidiary of Oxford Property Management, but did not receive a comment.
The building is currently valued at over $4.2 million.
