OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — An Oklahoma City special education teacher has been arrested and accused of abusing a 6-year-old non-verbal autistic student.
The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office says that on Thursday, October 9, Council Grove Elementary School administrators reported that special education teacher Rodrick Kohl allegedly threw a computer mouse at the 6-year-old child, which hit him in the head.
He was also said to have hit the child in the leg with a rubber spoon.
Officials say Kohl was arrested and faces charges of child abuse.
