DEWEYVILLE, Texas — A Southeast Texas man wanted on felony charges out of Deweyville involving the sexual abuse of children was arrested Tuesday morning by Newton County deputies and the U.S. Marshals Service.

According to the Newton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and marshals went to an address off County Road 4173 at about 6:30 a.m. on October 14, 2025, to serve felony arrest warrants on Brian David Henry, 40, of Newton. Henry was wanted out of Jefferson County for two counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child under 14, a first-degree felony.

Henry was taken into custody at the house without incident and booked into the Newton County Jail, authorities said.

Investigators said the probable cause affidavit accuses Henry of providing one of his victims with possible birth control
