HOUSTON — The latest survey looking at the Republican race for U.S. Senate shows a virtual tie between incumbent John Cornyn (33%) and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (34%).
Rep. Wesley Hunt is more than 10 points behind in the survey by the University of Houston and Texas Southern University.
Now that the Republican is officially running for the office , he explained why he’s thrilled with the 22% support he received in the survey.
