RICHMOND, Va. — With just three weeks until Virginians head to the polls, the state’s two gubernatorial contenders , Democrat Abigail Spanberger and Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, appeared under the same roof Tuesday to make their cases as the best choice to steer Virginia’s economy.
