MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — Superintendent Tom Taylor doesn't mince words when talking about the needs of Montgomery County Public Schools.
At a meeting Monday evening, Taylor said the school district is at a critical point when it comes to its infrastructure, and renovations need to be made. For some schools, the whole building needs to be replaced.
“We have replacement schools, we have roofs that we have to fix, we have windows that we need to fix, plumbing that we need to fix, electrical systems that we have to fix,” Taylor said.
However, those problems won’t be cheap to fix.
