The University of Lethbridge has unveiled a new name for its Centre for Sport & Wellness. Starting this week, it will be known as the Co-op Centre for Sport & Wellness, thanks to a landmark 25-year, $4.25-million partnership with South Country Co-op and Federated Co-op. The agreement will support upgrades to the facility, enhance programming, and establish an endowed scholarship for students.
TAG: Opened in 2007, the centre welcomes over 500,000 visitors annually and serves as a hub for sport, wellness, and community events in southern Alberta.
