Reckless conduct by Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, two of its employees and a ride’s manufacturer led to the death of a young girl and met the legal definition of manslaughter — constituting a “felonious killing” under Colorado’s Wrongful Death Act, a judge has ruled.
