"Don't flee, stay and fight" DeMaio and Gonzalez rally against Prop 50 and for voter ID reform

EL CENTRO — California Assembly members Carl DeMaio (CA-R) and Jeff Gonzalez (CA-R) held a rally on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Calvary Chapel in El Centro.

Before the event kicked off, DeMaio spoke with Imperial Valley Press about why he is encouraging people to vote no on Prop 50, and why voter ID matters.
