MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A former Shelby County home healthcare operator was arrested after being accused of TennCare fraud and theft of property, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).

Elexis Braswell was detained on October 14 and charged with one count of TennCare fraud, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000, and theft of property, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.
