BEAUFORT, S.C. (WCSC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is set to answer questions regarding their investigation into a mass shooting that killed four and injured 20.
Sheriff P.J. Tanner will be speaking on the shooting from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Headquarters at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
This all stems from Sunday’s deadly shooting , which Beaufort County deputies responded to just before 1 a.m. following reports of a shooting at Willie’s Bar and Grill on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive on St. Helena Island.
At the scene, deputies say they found a large group of people, some of whom had been shot. Deputies learned that hundreds of people were at the scene when the shooting happened, many for an unofficial alumni event for previous Battery Creek High School students. Seve
