The new clinic could see up to three times the patients by 2030

The Calgary Health Foundation has opened up a bigger kidney care clinic in Calgary, with the help of $2.1 million worth of donations.

The Klassen Bellusci Precision clinic officially opened on June 30, as part of a newly renovated space at the Richmond Road Diagnostic and Treatment Centre in southwest Calgary.

In a year, the current clinic receives anywhere between 500 to 600 visits. The foundation anticipates that the new clinic, accounting for anticipated growth in its patient population, will be able to receive 1,800 direct visits by 2030.
