MADISON, Wis. — An official from the Dane County Regional Airport said they will not play a controversial video from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on their owned equipment, but it remains unclear whether the Transportation Security Administration will play the video on its equipment.

The video features Noem blaming the Democratic party for the federal government shutdown and its impacts on travel times at airports. She mentioned the TSA's top priority is to keep passengers safe while making travel efficient.

"However, Democrats in Congress refuse to fund the federal government, and because of this, many of our operations are impacted, and most of our TSA employees are working without pay," Noem said.
